Nova 969 announces that Katie ‘Monty’ Dimond will be stepping away from the Merrick, Dools & Monty breakfast show.
Monty will remain with the Nova family and will focus on a new national weekend breakfast show.
Monty who is pregnant with her first child said “ this is the perfect opportunity for me right now, to continue with Nova on my own national show and have lots of time for my new family “
The new show will allow Monty to interact with special guests, other Nova announcers around the country and friends of the network on a national level.
David Borean Nova 969’s General Manager said, “This move allows Monty to enjoy her pregnancy whilst still fulfilling her passion for radio, and remain part of the Nova family during this time & beyond.
Merrick & Dools will be back on air for Nova Breakfast 6-9 am 27th June.
